Ace Beverage Group is looking for an Innovation Coordinator to support and elevate our research and development efforts. In this role, you’ll play a key part in deepening our understanding of how consumers experience our products and in identifying opportunities to enhance and refine them. Through hands-on engagement with both products and consumers, you’ll help close the loop between development and experience, driving continuous product improvement and stronger consumer connections.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the Innovation team with hands-on lab work, including ingredient testing, recipe adjustments, and sample preparation
- Contribute to product development efforts by incorporating insights from tastings, trials, and consumer feedback
- Support product tastings and consumer events by collecting valuable feedback through conversation, surveys, and direct consumer interaction
- Finding top tier occasions to meet our consumers for product testing opportunities
- Track lab testing results and product changes in a clear and organized manner
- Build positive relationships with internal teams and external consumers, acting as an enthusiastic representative of the Innovation team
- Adapt to shifting priorities between lab work and in-market research, depending on project needs and timelines
- Support sample logistics and organization of materials needed for testing, tastings, and events
- Work on recipe optimization to ensure cost effective recipes are commercialized
Job Requirements and Competencies
- Bachelor's degree.
- Education in business, or food science is considered an asset.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in a related field.
- Interest in learning about product development, branding, and consumer trends
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
- Accountability and personal organization are essential
- Eager to understand customer feedback and help turn insights into improvements
- Adaptable and flexible in a fast-moving and dynamic environment
