Join our dynamic team at Ace Beverage Group as our Innovation Coordinator and play a key role in supporting the creation and development of new ready-to-drink products across the entire ABG portfolio. In this role, you will play a key part in refining recipes, coordinating product tastings, gathering and analyzing feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to help bring new products to market. Through hands-on product development in the lab and consumer-facing insight gathering, you’ll help ensure our products deliver exceptional taste and quality, while supporting continuous innovation across our portfolio.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the development and refinement of ready-to-drink innovations through recipe formulation in the Ace Beverage Group lab.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external product tasting sessions, gathering and documenting feedback.
- Analyze tasting results, survey data, and consumer feedback to identify opportunities for further product development and enhancement.
- Collaborate with Ace Beverage Group’s Procurement and Quality teams to ensure product concepts align with quality standards, production requirements, shelf-life expectations, and internal cost targets.
- Support consumer testing and concept validation activities by preparing samples and assisting with the execution of external tasting events.
- Monitor industry, consumer, ingredient, technology, and regulatory trends to identify opportunities that support innovation and product development.
Job Requirements and Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Nutrition, Food Science or Business.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a related field.
- Interest in learning about ready-to-drink product development and consumer trends.
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.
- Accountability and personal organization are essential.
- Eager to understand customer feedback and help turn insights into improvements.
- Adaptable and flexible in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Fluent English speaker.

Compensation
$50,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
