We’re looking for reliable and passionate Brand Sampling Representatives to help bring our products to life through consumer samplings at various Liquor Stores throughout British Columbia. This is a flexible role with no guaranteed hours—perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people, providing great customer service, learning about premium RTD products, and representing beloved brands in the beverage space.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute consumer samplings at Liquor Store locations on an as-needed basis. Tastings typically take place in 4-hour slots; from 2–6 pm and 3-7pm on Thursday and Friday evenings, and can range from 11am-7pm on Saturdays.
- Frequency will vary on a seasonal basis.
- Learn about and understand our diverse portfolio, helping consumers choose the beverage that is right for them.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and confidently engage with customers, listening to and gathering feedback as you sample.
- Drive trial and conversion — your goal is to get liquid to lips and inspire purchase!
- Maintain a clean and organized sampling station.
- Communicate proactively and professionally with Liquor Store staff and our team.
Job Requirements and Competencies
- Valid Serving It Right certification (ABG will cover the course fee if needed)
- Reliable access to a vehicle
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays
- Comfortable working independently and representing the brand on-site
- Strong communication and people skills
- Dependability, reliability, and enthusiasm are key
