Job Responsibilities

  • Leverage the demand and forecast plan to build and maintain repack schedules across multiple facilities nationwide.
  • Collaborate closely with the Copack and Procurement teams to ensure all components (packaging & WIP) are available on time for scheduled runs.
  • Enter and maintain all production-related activities and work orders within our MRP & ERP systems (StockIQ & NetSuite), ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate daily and weekly communication with facility partners to align on production timing, priorities, and issue resolution.
  • Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support operational alignment and service levels.
  • Monitor demand fluctuations and make agile schedule adjustments to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Track finished-goods inventory levels and proactively plan repack activities to maintain optimal inventory health.
  • Support month-end inventory counts, reconciliation, and discrepancy analysis in collaboration with the Finance and Operations teams.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline repack planning and enhance operational efficiency.


Job Qualifications and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets; experience with MRP or ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite or StockIQ) is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong working relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Continuous improvement mindset - eager to identify efficiencies, challenge the status quo, and contribute to operational excellence.
